Operator / Support Center Track
Commitment
Your Commitment: 2-3 Years
Be a servant leader who is coachable, open to feedback, and proactive in seeking assistance. Take initiative and seek to understand. Display qualities of extreme ownership and the heart of leadership.
Our Commitment: 1-on-1 coaching and feedback (from GM, Executive Team, and Operator), external development opportunities (ServSafe, Ascend Conference, Winning Hearts Class), interview and leadership coaching, intentional development, opportunity to lead and impact the business.
Program Overview
Year 1: Form relationship with the team, gain an understanding of your role in the restaurant. Focus on developing restaurant leadership and operational skills.
Year 2: Begin to polish leadership, general management, and operator/support center skills. Rotate through assigned areas of the business to own and drive results.
Year 3: Completion of business, restaurant, and leadership training. Engage in interview prep. Once GM, Executive Team, and Operator feel that participant is a "Restaurant Ready Operator" or a qualified support center candidate, express interest.

Your Commitment: Be on Staff at Chick-fil-A Lilburn
Be a servant leader who is coachable, open to feedback, and proactive in seeking assistance. Take initiative and seek to understand. Display qualities of extreme ownership and the heart of leadership.
Our Commitment: Long-term career growth, 1-on-1 coaching and feedback (from GM, Executive Team, and Operator), external development opportunities (ServSafe, Ascend Conference, Winning Hearts Class), intentional development, opportunity to lead and impact the business, job stability and benefits.
Program Overview
Year 1: Form relationship with the team, gain an understanding of your role in the restaurant. Focus on developing restaurant leadership and operational skills.
Year 2: Begin to polish leadership, general management, and operator/support center skills. Rotate through assigned areas of the business to own and drive results.
Year 3: Completion of business, restaurant, and leadership training. Once GM, Executive Team, and Operator feel that the participant is ready, the participant will "place out" into a permanent staff position at Chick-fil-A Lilburn.
